Ryan brings hands-on OSP and FTTH field expertise alongside deep experience in fiber optic infrastructure buildouts, fusion splicing operations, and contractor program development. As a founding member of ONE UP Technicians, he has trained and deployed technicians into active data center and FTTH projects at scale. His consulting engagements operate at the intersection of field precision and executive-level project planning.
Cory Zimmer
Co-Founder · Infrastructure Strategist
Cory operates at the strategic layer — translating complex fiber optic infrastructure requirements into executable project frameworks. His background spans underground network design, strata and MDU fiber deployments, contractor ecosystem development, and capital project scoping. When you bring Cory into an engagement, you're securing the kind of infrastructure intelligence that most firms charge ten times more for and deliver half as effectively.

We offer three structured engagement formats. All sessions include both Ryan and Cory Zimmer. Engagements exceeding three days require a full client contract and schedule review.

Extended Project Policy
Multi-day engagements beyond three consecutive days require a full client contract. We treat these as true partnerships — not open-ended consulting retainers. We review each application carefully to determine if the project aligns with our capacity, expertise, and 2027 schedule before committing.
How It Works
Complete the booking form with your project overview. We review every submission personally. Generic inquiries are declined.
Ryan and Cory review your project brief. We assess fit, timeline alignment, and whether we can add genuine value to your infrastructure goals.
Approved applicants receive a booking confirmation with payment instructions. Discovery Call payment secures the session. Contract engagements follow a separate SOW process.
Both founders engage directly. No associates, no junior consultants. You get Ryan and Cory — the actual expertise you applied for.
